Contents
Per drag Paracetamol 500 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg, phenylpropanolamine HCl 15 mg. Per 5 mL syr Paracetamol 120 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 3.5 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 0.5 mg, phenylpropanolamine HCl 3.5 mg
Indications
Flu, common cold, cough, fever & pain.
Dosage
Adult 1 drag or 2 tsp. Childn 6-12 yr 2 tsp. To be taken 3-4 times daily.
Administration
May be taken with or without food
Contraindications
Hyperthyroidism, HTN, coronary disease; MAOI; nephropathy.
Special Precautions
Cardiac disease, diabetes; glaucoma; impaired kidney or liver function; pregnancy. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn <2 yr.
Adverse Drug Reactions
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth; epileptiform seizures (large doses); skin rashes.

Drug Interactions
Antihistamines may potentiate other CNS depressants. Actions prolonged by MAOI. Prolonged use of paracetamol may potentiate oral anticoagulants.
